WHAT WE OFFER
TENANT SCREENING
Applicants will be vetted through RPG's diligent screening process and must provide the following supporting documentation: two pieces of government identification, credit report, employment letter, most recent paystubs, and proof of previous rental payments.
APPLICATION PACKAGES
RPG provides landlords with a compehensive application package outlining key details and supporting documents related to the tenant's application. Once approved, a secondary closing package is prepared for the landlord noting any applicable utility transfers, proof of tenant insurance and additional details related to the lease.
MARKETING
RPG's marketing team will exclusively handle all forms of advertising on behalf of the landlord. Photos and virtual tours will be produced and advertised on multiple rental platforms. RPG will promote each rental property by engaging in paid advertisements.
RENTAL GUARANTEE
In the event a tenant breaks the lease within the first 12 months, RPG agrees to replace a tenant at no cost to the landlord.
